  • Reservation / Booking Confirmation: PhP25,000.00/person is NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Pilgrimage Tour Rate is minimum of 30 pilgrims per group.

  • SUPPLEMENTARY RATE will apply if group will fall less than 30 pilgrims per group.

  • OPTION: Client may choose a different travel dates if group is less than 30 pilgrims.

Group Pilgrimage Program Conditions

  • For Foreign Nationals, visa and border fee charges apply.

  • Airline Tickets are under group booking.  Airline restrictions apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-re-routable.

  • Hotel Room configurations are either double, twin, or triple only.  Double rooms are bases on availability only.

  • Hotel Policies and Conditions apply.

Cancellations & Penalties

  • In the event that the group will not reach 30 pilgrims for the departure date, we reserve the right to re-book the group to another travel date.

  • Full payment is 30 days before the departure date.   Failure to secure will forfeit the reservation.

  • 50% cancellation fee is to be charged on or before 90 days prior to arrival

  • 75% cancellation fee is to be charged on or before 60 days prior to arrival

  • 100% cancellation fee is to be charged 30 days prior to arrival including no show
