Depart Manila and enjoy all the airline amenities provided in the economy section.  Have a relaxing flight to Rome, Italy.

 

Day 1 Sun 17 / 24 Dec 2023 ROME

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Evening transfer to the Via Cavour district.

  • Welcome to Rome!

 

Upon arrival, after passing through the immigration, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.  Later, our guide will greet you and provide all the necessary informa­tion, which you can also check in the informative panels in the hotel reception area.  At the end of the evening, we will arrange a transfer to the Via Cavour area, a great introduction to Rome, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese, and interna­tional food.

Day 2 Mon 18 / 25 Dec 2023 ROME (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • City tour of Rome. 

  • Roman Coliseum (admission price included). 

  • Evening transfer to the Trastevere area.

 

We have a scenic tour in the morning, which will be a great introduction to "The Eternal city." We will visit the tiny state of the Vatican, the epicenter of Christianity in the world.  You will be able to visit St. Peter's Basilica.  We have included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the symbol of Rome.  This impressive con­struction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time to learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire.  At the end of the evening, we arrange a transfer to the Trastevere area for a stroll in the district's narrow cobbled streets with hidden treasures, such as some modest medieval churches and small shops with the most peculiar objects or scenes of daily life.  Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes.  Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese, and international food are in this area.  Return to hotel.

Day 3 Tue 19 / 26 Dec 2023 ROME - FLORENCE  (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Tour with a local expert from Florence.

  • View from Piazzale Michelangelo. 

 

Today we will leave Rome, heading north.  This route has beautiful landscapes.  Arriving in FLORENCE, we head straight to the impressive Piazzale Michelangelo.  In the evening, we take a tour with a local expert, walking through the historic center and taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Plaza della Signoria.  This city is truly an outdoor museum.  Enjoy some leisure time to explore.  In the evening, you will have time for dinner, as, in this district, you can find many restaurants serving international cuisine.

Day 4 Wed 20 / 27 Dec 2023 FLORENCE - VENICE   (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Boat on Venice's Canal. 

  • Visit and admission to St. Mark's Basilica. 

  • Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass. 

 

Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains.  We will arrive in VENICE, take the boat, and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice.  We will visit the marvelous St. Mark's Square with a local guide and enter the Basilica (entrance included).  Afterward, we will visit the Murano Glass Factory.  It is fascinating to see the technique of how this ancient glass is made.  Enjoy some time at leisure to explore.  Accommodation in the Mestre district.

Day 5 Thu 21 / 28 Dec 2023 VENICE - INNSBRUCK - ZURICH   (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Breathtaking alpine scenery, lakes, and snow-peaked mountains.

 

We will depart Venice and head to Austria.  Arrive in INNSBRUCK, stroll in its historic town center, and have lunch.  Next, we will continue our journey through the wonderful Tyrolean scenery as we cross into Switzerland.  Arrival in ZURICH.  Free time in the historical city center sits right by the lake.  There is a wide variety of local and international restaurants where you can have dinner at.

Day 6 Fri 22 / 29 Dec 2023 ZURICH - LUCERNE - ZURICH   (B,L)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Admire the fantastic landscapes.

  • Cable car included to Grindelwald.

  • Lunch included. 

 

Today's journey has beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes.  Breathtaking scenery in the region of Interlaken.  We will stop in GRINDELWALD, where we will have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up to the mountain.  We will walk along the winding path to the "footbridge over the empty." Dare to walk along the bridge amongst the fantastic scenery enjoying glaciers all around us.  We will take lunch up the mountain (included) before returning.  We continue to LUCERNE, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland.  In the evening, we have time to stroll around, enjoy the city and have dinner before returning to the Zurich hotel.

Day 7 Sat 23 / 30 Dec 2023 ZURICH - BERNE - PARIS   (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Explore Bern, the capital city of Switzerland. 

 

We will embark on a scenic journey to BERN, the capital city of the confederation, built around a bend in the Aare River, with its medieval architecture well preserved in the Old Town.  Time to take a stroll.  Next, we journey back to France.  Enjoy beautiful lake views on our trip to PARIS.  We will arrive in the evening.

Day 8 Sun 24 / 31 Dec 2023 PARIS   (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Transfer to Versailles Palace.

  • The funicular ride included the Montmartre district.

  • City tour in Paris. 

 

Early in the morning, we will leave for Versailles, the immense palace of the kings of France.  After that, we will return to Paris at lunchtime, where we provide a transfer to the Montmartre dis­trict.  We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top.  This neighborhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cab­arets… Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere.  Then, a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards, and breathtaking monuments of Paris will take place.  Return to hotel.

Day 9 Mon 25 / 01 Jan 2024 PARIS   (B)

TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Eiffel Tower

  • Boat cruise in the City of Lights.

 

We go to the center of Paris, starting in the Eiffel Tower area.  You can go up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included).  Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south.  Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.

  • Rates are per person in a twin/double room in the specified currency. Rates are guaranteed; however, the tour operator reserves the right to update the rates periodically in case of major currency fluctuations, changes in government tax policy, or imposed new fees.

  • For the pax who cannot pass immigration in the Int’l Airport OR miss the flight, the tour fare is non-refundable

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • 50% cancellation fee is to be charged on or 90 days before arrival

  • 75% cancellation fee is to be charged on or 60 days before arrival

  • 100% cancellation fee is to be charged 45 days before arrival, including no show

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES/REMINDERS

  • Some tours are operated in bilingual languages (Spanish and English)                                                                                           

  • Kindly be informed that this tour is budget-friendly based on SIC (seat in coach) Package.

  • All hotels are mostly budgeted and located outside the city center. 

  • All transfers are included (Airport - Hotel - Airport)

  • Breakfast is included in the package.  No other meals unless stated in the meals portion of inclusions.

  • No HOTEL PORTERS

  • Tips are not mandatory but encouraged. Standard tipping: Tour Director - US$ 5 per person per day / Driver - US$ 3 per person per day

  • Standard check-in time is between 1400-1600 HOURS (2 to 4 pm), and check-out time is 1200 NOON (depending on the hotel's policy).

  • The passenger can carry only one (1)  baggage with a maximum of 30 kg, and a small handbag as space under the bus is limited.  Don't have any supplements for those passengers carrying extra luggage. If all the luggage does not fit on the bus, please be aware that the extra bags will be sent to the next overnight destination by a shipping company, and the client must pay and afford the shipping cost.

  • For a land arrangement package with flight included the maximum allowed luggage is 20kg, depending on the flight fare and conditions.  The passenger must pay for exceeded luggage.

•    Once the visa has been granted, less the deposit, apply the BNPL 3-month 0% installment through direct card payment or BDO cash checkout 
                 
(2) CASH TERMS of PAYMENT: 
•    US$ 500 /pax – Non-Refundable deposit per person upon confirmation of the reservation.
•    50% Balance/pax - once the visa has been granted
•    100% – balance or full payment is required two (2) months before the departure date from Manila

(4) Once payment is confirmed, we will email the visa application form, requirements, and acknowledgment receipt. 
 

(5) Once full payment is made, tour and hotel vouchers will be released two (2)  weeks before departure.
